If you’re thinking about commissioning a portrait, it’s always best to reach out sooner rather than later. My waiting list is usually around 2-4 months, so if you have a particular date in mind, just let me know and I’ll do my best to work around it where possible.

You can contact me using the form at the bottom of this page. I aim to reply within 24–48 hours, so if you don’t see a response, it’s worth checking your spam folder just in case.

When you get in touch, feel free to tell me as much as you can about what you’re looking for. If you’re unsure about sizes, pricing, or which photos would work best, feel free to drop me an email.

3. Secure Your Booking with a Deposit

Once your photos are approved, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your booking and reserve your place in the queue.
The remaining balance is due once your portrait is complete and approved.

4. Creation Process

Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll begin working on your portrait.
You will receive a progress update via email along the way, and small adjustments can be made before the final version is completed.

6. Final Payment & Shipping

After you’ve approved the finished piece and the final payment is made:

• Your portrait will be carefully packaged

• Shipped via [Royal Mail / tracked service] (If in the UK)

• You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way
